The Leadership Council for Human Rights would like to share the message of condolences sent by the King of Morocco Mohammed VI following the horrific shootings in a Connecticut school.
“I was shocked and deeply saddened by the news of the criminal shooting at a school in Newtown, Connecticut, in which many people, including a number of innocent children were killed,”. The King of Morocco asked President Obama to convey his deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences as well as those of the Moroccan people for the grieving families and the American people, closing his message with a prayer “May Almighty God bless the memory of the victims, comfort their loved ones and spare you and your country any further misfortune. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time,”
